LaReina Flowers & Chocolate
1. Definitions
Unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
* LaReina: LaReina Flowers & Chocolate, including all of its products, services, platforms, and affiliated operations.
* Customer: Any individual or legal entity purchasing or requesting any product or service from LaReina.
* Order: Any purchase, reservation, booking, or agreement made with LaReina.
* Products: Flowers, chocolates, gifts, giveaways, packaging, seasonal products, and collaboration products.
* Services: All services provided by LaReina, including floral arrangements, delivery, event preparation, and coffee cart services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
1. By placing an order or using any of LaReina’s services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. If the Customer does not agree with any part of these Terms, they should refrain from using LaReina’s services.
3. LaReina reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
3. Orders
1. All orders are subject to product availability.
2. An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
3. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including:
* Full name
* Contact number
* Delivery address
* Event location
* Date and time
* Gift card message
4. LaReina shall not be responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
5. LaReina may contact the Customer to verify order details before processing.
4. Pricing & Payment
1. Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation.
2. Prices include only what is explicitly stated. Any additional fees will be communicated before payment.
3. LaReina reserves the right to require full payment or a deposit depending on the type of order.
4. Production or preparation of any order will not commence until payment has been successfully confirmed.
5. Delivery
1. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed to the exact minute.
2. Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances including, but not limited to:
* Traffic conditions
* Weather conditions
* Events beyond LaReina’s reasonable control
3. If delivery cannot be completed, LaReina reserves the right to:
* Contact the Customer.
* Deliver the order to an authorized recipient at the specified location.
* Reschedule delivery, which may incur additional charges.
4. Responsibility for the Products transfers to the Customer or recipient upon successful delivery.
6. Fresh Flowers
1. Fresh flowers are seasonal products and may vary depending on availability.
2. Flower colors, sizes, and blooming stages may differ due to seasonal factors.
3. If a particular flower variety is unavailable, LaReina reserves the right to substitute it with a similar or higher-quality alternative while maintaining the overall design and value.
4. The lifespan of fresh flowers depends on handling, environmental conditions, and proper care.
7. Chocolates & Confectionery
1. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
2. LaReina is not responsible for damage or deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.
3. Certain products may contain allergens, including but not limited to:
* Nuts
* Milk
* Soy
* Gluten
* Other common allergens
4. Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability before purchase.
8. Custom Orders
1. Products customized according to the Customer’s specifications are considered custom-made items.
2. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.
3. LaReina reserves the right to make minor adjustments where necessary to maintain quality, functionality, or availability.
9. Coffee Cart Services
1. Bookings are confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment has been received.
2. Customers must provide:
* Event location
* Event date
* Service start and end time
* Expected number of guests
3. Service time begins at the agreed booking time regardless of the actual event start time.
4. Any extension of service is subject to staff availability and additional charges.
5. The Customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable operating space for the coffee cart.
6. Any permits or approvals required by the venue are the Customer’s responsibility.
7. The Customer shall be responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the coffee cart or equipment by guests.
8. LaReina reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if staff safety is threatened or if abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs.
10. Cancellations & Modifications
1. Order modifications may be accepted before production begins, subject to availability.
2. Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
3. Event bookings may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the cancellation date.
4. Deposits are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed unless otherwise agreed by LaReina.
11. Returns & Replacements
1. Due to the perishable nature of fresh products, returns are not accepted after delivery.
2. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Clear photographs must accompany any complaint.
4. Following assessment, LaReina may, at its sole discretion:
* Replace the product.
* Reproduce the order.
* Offer compensation.
* Issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.
12. Warranty
1. LaReina is committed to providing products that meet its quality standards.
2. The warranty does not cover damage occurring after delivery.
3. LaReina does not guarantee product condition where proper storage or handling instructions have not been followed.
13. Limitation of Liability
1. LaReina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
2. LaReina’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
3. LaReina shall not be responsible for commercial losses, loss of profits, or non-financial damages.
14. Collaboration Products
1. LaReina may offer selected products in collaboration with third-party suppliers or merchants (“Collaboration Partners”).
2. Collaboration products are selected based on LaReina’s quality standards; however, certain details such as packaging, branding, or presentation may vary depending on the supplier.
3. Minor differences between displayed images and the delivered product shall not be considered defects, provided that the overall concept, quality, and value remain substantially the same.
4. Availability, replacement, and return policies for collaboration products may differ according to the Collaboration Partner’s policies where applicable.
5. LaReina shall not be liable for delays caused by Collaboration Partners but will make reasonable efforts to fulfill delivery commitments.
6. If a collaboration product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, LaReina may:
* Replace it with a product of equal or greater value; or
* Cancel that portion of the order and refund the corresponding amount.
7. Some collaboration products may carry the branding or trademarks of the Collaboration Partner. This does not grant the Customer any additional rights.
8. Promotions and discounts applicable to collaboration products are subject to availability and duration and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
9. By purchasing collaboration products, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that such products originate from third-party collaborations and may differ according to their source.
15. Intellectual Property
1. All trademarks, logos, photographs, product designs, website content, branding, and other intellectual property displayed by LaReina remain the exclusive property of LaReina.
2. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
16. Privacy
1. Customer information is collected solely for order processing and customer service purposes.
2. Personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required to provide the requested service or as required by applicable law.
3. Contact details may be used to provide order updates or promotional communications. Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
17. Force Majeure
LaReina shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, pandemics, governmental actions, utility failures, or other force majeure events.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar.
